 Aletha of Radical Fringe X

Hi my name is Aletha and I'm a vegan graphic designer & fiber artist. 

I started crocheting about the same time as I went vegetarian 8 years ago

 (vegan 2 years later) and so I don't use any animal fibers! I love crochet 

because it is so fluid and 3-dimensional, my creativity is unlimited with 

yarn & hook! Some of the proceeds from my etsy shop go to pay for my 

rescue cat's emergency vet assistance; on the side another crocheter & I 

run Urban Fiber Operative , a Detroit-based collective of fiber artists

 encouraging public displays of yarn.
